Dorsey Design Studio is led by Elisha Dorsey.

Elisha is a product and experience design leader who has spent his career helping organizations make sense of complex systems — and move through them with greater clarity.

Over the past decade, his work has spanned product strategy, enterprise transformation, AI-enabled experiences, and service ecosystems for organizations including PayPal, Verizon, Google, WTW, Goldman Sachs, Intuit, and Meta. Across those environments, he has learned that the hardest design problems are rarely just about the product. They are also about the people, decisions, relationships, and systems surrounding it.

He founded Dorsey Design Studio to bring that perspective to organizations navigating meaningful change — combining strategy, systems thinking, and design leadership to help teams understand what matters, make stronger decisions, and move important work forward.
